Cannot download NJ comm version 2.75

I am having difficulties downloading the shareware version of NJ comm version 2.75. i get a prompt saying:"Unable to download njcom275sw9618.exe from ftp.njstar.com. The Operation time out." everytime i try. I am using windows 7. Pls advise. Thank you. Sad [/quote]

If your downloading software contuines to use more than 5 downloading processes for more than 100 times, your ip will be blocked for 1 hour.

Did you use any special downloading software?

If FTP fails, please download using HTTP here
